Cardona’s Market

A well established, family owned Italian Imports Market decided to enlarge their facilities to respond to an increase in customers and a booming catering business.  The owners decided to invest in their own neighborhood by expanding next door.  The street façade responds to the pedestrian oriented mixed-use neighborhood fabric.

Always known for their high quality meats, large selection of olives and numerous exceptional homemade delicacies, the Cardona’s had run out of space.  Adding over 2000 square feet to the market and supporting kitchens allowed the business to expand selection, offer seasonal specialties and provide a more comfortable experience for their valued customers.
