University Heights Association
In 1998 the recently formed University Heights Association embarked upon its first building project. The 35,000 s.f. former CBA high school classroom building underwent a five million dollar renovation to house classrooms, administrative offices, study and student lounges and fitness center for use by Albany College of Pharmacy by day and Sage Colleges’ Graduate Center for evening and summer classes. The dual utilization of an academic classroom facility demonstrated the benefits that the UHA collaboration brought to its member institutions.
